How we communicate with you.
Our family app
Story Park
We use Storypark to document and share your child’s learning, moments and milestones throughout the day, so wherever you are, you stay close to what they’re discovering.
Bringing Learning to Life
Storypark is our educators’ go-to tool for bringing your child’s learning journey to life. Through photos, videos and thoughtful observations, they capture special moments and link them to your child’s individual goals and your aspirations as a parent, making it easy to stay connected, engaged and part of every milestone
Two-Way Communication
Enjoy meaningful two-way conversations that keep both families and educators informed and connected.
Dedicated Storypark Community
Educators are able to share notices, news, and messaging with parents, helping them feel included and connected.
Parents can begin to build a picture of their child’s experience at our centre, all while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
Enroling at Perfect Start
Fostering a community within Perfect Start is of the utmost importance to us. We regards our children, parents and educators as an extended family and place great emphasis on developing strong connections between them. This strong partnership is a cornerstone of our philosophy and from the very outset, we make every effort to ensure that children undergo the settling in process with a minimum of disruption.
To facilitate this, we have a process in place that allows parents to stay with the child before the start date. We encourage communication at every step in the journey and welcome parent feedback. We have an open-door policy and are available for a chat with parents at any time.
