Healthy Meals For Healthy Bodies

We pride ourselves on our home cooked meals which comprise of a variety of nutritious and delicious hot lunches. We also provide morning tea of fresh fruit and yoghurt and healthy snacks for afternoon tea. We understand the importance of healthy balanced meals and make certain that the calories consumed at our centre are nutritional calories.  Children love being outdoors, and we make the most of this by using our outdoor garden where the children can grow fruits, vegetables and flowers. It is a great way of learning new skills and having fun. The children love digging in the soil and get excited at watching seeds germinate and harvesting and eating what they have planted. It’s a great way of getting them interested in healthy eating and developing self-confidence.
